Pastoral Residency Group
A two-year group for men considering pastoral ministry — reading deeply, thinking carefully, and being shaped for the work of shepherding under the guidance of our elders.
Churches don't get healthy pastors by accident. The residency walks a small group of men through a two-year reading schedule — theology, church history, pastoral practice — with regular discussion alongside the elders, testing and building the character and competence that shepherding requires.

The full reading schedule is available from the elders. Cohorts form as interest arises — inquire freely; the desire for the work of an overseer is a noble one.
